Rental Rates for Casa Sirena
- High Season: (June-October) - $1500/week

- Low Season: (November-May) - $800/week
|
- Special Embassy Weekend Rate: (Fri/Sat nights)
- High Season - $400 for Fri/Sat plus $40 cleaning fee
- Low Season - $300 plus $40 cleaning fee

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following are standard terms for rental of Casa Sirena. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact us.
Booking and Deposit |
- $350 deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy |
- Less than two weeks prior to the departure date the cancellation charge is 100%.

Arrival and Departure Times |
- For weekly rentals, arrival is usually on Saturday, between 4pm and 7 pm. Departure is on Saturday before 10:00. However, I can be flexible.

Payable on Site |
- Telephone charges, central heating, electricity, extra maid/cooking service.
|
Swimming Pool |
- The swimming pool will be open from the end of May to the end of September, weather permitting. Guests swim at their own risk.
|
Care of Property |
- Upon your departure the house shall be left in the same conditions of cleansiness and repair as found upon arrival. Any loss or damage caused by your failure to respect fixtures or fittings will be deducted from your security deposit.

Maid Service |
- Cooking and laundry are extra and should be paid directly to the maid. If you would like us to do an initial shopping trip for you, the price is 30 Euro.

Heating |
- Heating is extra. The gas meter will be read upon your arrival and departure.
|
Security Deposit |
- On arrival at the property, in order to cover possible damage or loss, guest are required to deposit with the owner $500 in cash. The sum is returnable upon departure. Any loss or damage caused by your failure to respect fixtures or fittings, any telephone, electricity and heating charges will be deducted from this deposit.
